I've reloaded on the files and fixed all of the links in my past blogs, so fingers crossed you should be able to access downloads for all of the elements and page ploppers that I've created.
If you have any problems with the downloads just let me know.
I hope to load a new page plopper in the next couple of days. Until then I've included a link below to the first kit I posted on my blog.
